Blue started working full-time in Harm Reduction in Los Angeles in 1992. She is a harm reductionist and Community Health Worker that provides direct services to people in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. She is also a person with lived experience of homelessness and injection drug use.
She has extensive experience providing services to diverse communities, including people who use drugs, people experiencing homelessness, sex workers, LGBTQ+, youth, and people living with HIV.
