From Max: “I found harm reduction when I needed it the most. It is why I am alive. I also understand being betrayed and heartbroken by harm reduction. Harm reduction isn’t two words: it’s a movement. It is what makes my heart beat and how I move in the world. I feel that I am nothing but a collection. Sharing our stories, strategies, and experiences with one another is survival. Sharing our existence with one another keeps us alive.”
