Ezra

Amsterdamn, Netherlands

Ezra is 25 years old and works as a prevention officer in Amsterdam, where he does harm reduction work in nightlife settings and at festivals. In addition, he conducts research on drugs and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in toxicology. Through his own experiences with drug use, Ezra found his way into this field. He aims to make a positive contribution by helping people and challenging the propaganda surrounding drug use. He does this by translating his own good and bad experiences with drugs into empathy for others who are struggling with their own substance use issues, hoping to make people feel seen and heard, something that isn’t always easy in today’s hectic world.
